Russell Jones & Walker welcome new Family Law Team
Russell Jones & Walker Solicitors has expanded its specialist family law team and will now be headed by Amanda McAlister, who with her team, joins from Gorvins Solicitors. The team cover matrimonial and family law matters across the whole of England and Wales and not only have great experience with general family law but have specialist expertise in assisting police personnel. Each one of the team has undergone an intense training programme ensuring they are fully familiar with every aspect of police culture, pay, pensions and shift patterns essential to ensure the best result for their clients.
Amanda said “Representing police officers is never easy. There is a public and judicial perception that members of the police are financially well off. It is not uncommon to hear a District Judge at the start of a case make reference to the officer’s golden handshake.
