Children

Parents who separate often have to address a range of issues concerning their children. It is enormously helpful to the child, and to the child’s relationships with both parents, if the parents are able to agree. Of course, this is frequently a difficult thing to do in the emotionally charged atmosphere of divorce and separation. It is not always possible to reach a workable compromise, but it is particularly important, in the interests of the child, that both parents try to do so.

At RJW we try to avoid conflict where possible and try to reach compromises through amicable negotiation. Where this is not possible and Court proceedings are inevitable, our team of experts are on hand to ensure that you are fully advised each step of the way.
